Goals:
The Rib-Eye Open is a fund raiser for our $4,200 AFA scholarship(s).
5th grade Ag Tour is to educate the children of our
community regarding agriculture, where it's been and where it's going.

New business visits with first dollar awards. Progress awards given to
existing businesses. Plan and coordinate After Hour Socials
throughout the year.
Goals:
To present awareness with the Chamber and Tourism office. To show our
active support of our business community. Welcome new merchants to Redwood Falls and
recognition of existing businesses that are expanding.

members as needed. Assist with membership retention.

Christmas by Candlelight:
Meeting Dates:
As needed by committee. Usually on Thursday mornings. Generally 6 to 8 months prior they meet once a month and more regularly near event. One month out they meet weekly.
Activities:
Plan and coordinate activities
for event.
Goals:
Help keep our retail community growing and prosperous by creating a sense of place with an
activity going on in town to bring people from surrounding communities.
Retail:
Meeting Dates:
Meet once a month for an hour. Date and time are determined by the
committee.
Activities:
Plan and coordinate community wide advertising for Crazy Days and Holiday
advertising. Other activities are set by the committee.
Goals:
To Promote "Buy Local" and to have Redwood Falls be a point of
destination shopping for outside the area.
