Meetings, Conventions and Trade Shows
 
There are many options in Redwood Falls to gather to conduct meetings. No matter the size of your group or the length of your agenda, we can offer you opportunities sure to please all attendees.
 
Redwood Falls Public Library Community Room

The Community Meeting Room has a capacity of 73 people. There is a center room divider, kitchenette, and patio access. It also houses visiting art exhibits. The room must be reserved in advance. There is a $25 refundable deposit required for civic, charitable, service clubs, and other governmental agencies. There is no additional rental fee for these groups. Private individuals, organizations, businesses or other non-profit groups are required to pay a $25 refundable deposit and rental fees of $35 for four (4) hours or $50 for five (5) or more hours.

Category C: $270 / hr - $435 / Day
Damage Deposit: $250
*Capacity 240 / round tables or 400 banquet style

Private individuals, organizations, or businesses

Rental rates are for regularly posted business hours. Minimum Rental: 2 hrs. Facilities can be rented beyond the regular hours for an additional per hour charge. Rentals will be available during weekends May – September even though facility is closed. Call for availability at 507-644-2333.

Our meeting room holds aproximately 25 ppl and is open 24 hours a day.
Projector screen, TV, VCR, DVD. Catering is available.
$30 for a half day or $50 for a full.

2 Medium Rooms / Capacity of approximately 50 each.
Rooms can be joined for larger groups. No fee if food services total a minimum of $100. Call 507-644-5936 for reservation information.
 
Valley Supper Club
Small Room / Capacity of 40 with tables
Large Room / Capacity of up to 80 with tables

Rooms are provided for FREE as long as food is purchased for the group.

Redwood County Public Health
Meeting Room at 266 E. Bridge St. This room is FREE for government agencies or can be rented at a very reasonable rate. Call 637-4041 for specifics.

The room can accommodate 60 people classroom style (chairs on one side of tables), 90 with chairs on both sides of tables, and 120 theatre style.
Fieldstone Vineyards

Up to 50 people with tables / chairs if groups needing a meeting space. There are options for utilizing the outdoor patio area to host larger groups. The cost is $25 for the day, Monday through Friday. For weekend bookings, please contact the vineyard for availability.
